Disposiciones
generales
Artículo
1º Objeto. El
presente reglamento tiene por objeto regular el ciclo de compras públicas de
obras, bienes, servicios de capacitación y formación profesional y cualquier
otro servicio general de este Instituto. Así como las competencias de las
diversas dependencias involucradas en dicho ciclo.
